🇺🇸 3. FED HIKE BETS COLLAPSE AFTER JOBS DATA
Markets slashed the odds of a Federal Reserve rate hike in October to around 14%, from about 70% earlier in the week. The 10-year Treasury yield pulled back from a 24-year high, while the dollar hit a 17-month high against the euro.

🇧🇴 6. IMF APPROVES $1.9 BILLION LIFELINE FOR BOLIVIA
The IMF approved a $1.9 billion three-year programme for Bolivia, including an immediate $214 million disbursement, to help President Rodrigo Paz reverse a sharp slump. The deal is expected to unlock around $4 billion more from other multilateral lenders.
