🇺🇸 2. US HIRING SLOWS SHARPLY IN SEPTEMBER
US nonfarm payrolls increased by 29,000 in September, below the 90,000 forecast in a Reuters poll. Unemployment rose to 4.2% from 4.1% as more people entered the workforce, while annual wage growth eased to 3.0%.

🇺🇸 3. OCTOBER FED HIKE EXPECTATIONS RETREAT

🇬🇾 10. GUYANA'S STABROEK BLOCK PASSES BILLION-BARREL MILESTONE
Cumulative oil production from Guyana's Stabroek block has reached one billion barrels, ExxonMobil reported. Its four producing developments have installed capacity exceeding 900,000 barrels per day, while the Uaru project is expected to begin production by the end of 2026.
